Original shipping fees (including brokerage fees prior to October 31, 2025) are non-refundable on orders that have already been delivered.
Same-day cancellations will be refunded in full.

Return Details

***For all returns, items must not be used and damaged. Powder seals must not be broken and items must be returned in new condition. LIQUIDS ARE NON-RETURNABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE.***

Customers are responsible to properly package items being returned to ensure no damages occur in transit. Customer must use proper shipping methods and include the necessary paperwork required by their shipping company of choice. NuGenesis Nails Inc. is not responsible for customers lost or damaged package. It's up to the customer to include tracking and insurance for loss and damages that occur to goods in transit to NuGenesis Nails Inc.
