Original delivery fees are not refunded when a return is processed.

- Within 5-7 business days upon receiving your item(s): you can return your items to us to receive a refund to the original method of payment (note: original shipping charges will be deducted from the original receipt and a 25% restocking fee will be applied).
All refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt and review of items received. When your refund is complete, we'll e-mail you right away and let you know. Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment via nugenesisnails.com
Return Details
***For all returns, items must not be used and damaged. Powder seals must not be broken and items must be returned in new condition. LIQUIDS ARE NON-RETURNABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE. ***
***Masks are non-refundable due to hygienic reasons.***
Customers are responsible to properly package items being returned to ensure no damages occur in transit. Customer must use proper shipping methods and include the necessary paperwork required by their shipping company of choice. NuGenesis Nails Inc. is not responsible for customers lost or damaged package. It's up to the customer to include tracking and insurance for loss and damages that occur to goods in transit to NuGenesis Nails Inc.

Defected/Damaged Items Upon Arrival
Email info@nugenesisnails.com and include in the subject line: Damaged #_________ (include your order number)
- Tell us which items you would like to replace and the reason why. Please include details and pictures so we can work on your replacement.

To ensure quality, please be advised that NuGenesis Nails cannot warrant any purchase of our products from other than our e-store and listed distributors posted on our website. Any purchases made from 3rd parties who are not a registered supplier/distributor of NuGenesis Nails Inc. will require the customer to follow-up with the store/owner directly and follow their return and shipping policies.
Shipping Details
FREE Shipping applied to all orders over $100 USD.
All orders being shipped to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Inter Continental USA do not qualify for free shipping and will be charged an additional fee that will be calculated separately according to items/weight.
Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)- $15 USD
Expedited Shipping (next business day or 2-3 days depending on area)- $30 USD
The delivery times outlined above are estimates only and NuGenesis will not be responsible for any damages or costs resulting from any delays in delivery. NuGenesis is not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather and postal strikes. We will do our best in these situations to get the packages to customers.
Customer Order Information
Customer is responsible for ensuring all information such as Shipping, Email Address, Telephone Contact, Name, Billing Address are accurate and correct. Once an online order is submitted and payment made, the company will ship products using the information provided by customer. If there is a change in shipping address or a redirect request once the order has shipped, customer is responsible for the additional shipping fee cost of $15.
