- Within 5-7 business days upon receiving your item(s): you can return your items to us to receive a refund to the original method of payment (note: original shipping charges will be deducted from the original receipt and a 25% restocking fee will be applied).
All refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt and review of items received. When your refund is complete, we'll e-mail you right away and let you know. Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment via nugenesisnails.com
***For all returns, items must not be used and damaged. Powder seals must not be broken and items must be returned in new condition. LIQUIDS ARE NON-RETURNABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE.***
Customers are responsible to properly package items being returned to ensure no damages occur in transit. Customer must use proper shipping methods and include the necessary paperwork required by their shipping company of choice. NuGenesis Nails Inc. is not responsible for customers lost or damaged package. It's up to the customer to include tracking and insurance for loss and damages that occur to goods in transit to NuGenesis Nails Inc.
How to Request a Return
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org and include in the subject line: Return Order #_________ (include your order number)
- Let us know which items you would like to return and the reason why you want to send them back. If your item has a defect, please include details and pictures so we can work to fix this.
You have up to 30 minutes from the time you click “Submit Order” to cancel your order by emailing us at email@example.com Please be sure you receive an email acknowledgment in case your email does not go through.
